FFATS allows you to organise candidates according to which stage they are at in the hiring process. From ‘CV Received by Email’ all the way to ‘Offer Made’ you can track your best applicants’ progress at a glance.

FFATS is fully integrated with the Flat Fee Recruiter Jobs board. Candidates have access to their own portal where they can follow the progress of their applications too. FFATS features a database of unique communications templates and allows for relevant communications to be sent to multiple candidates at once. This makes notifying candidates of the status of the application a quick and simple process – an essential factor in all job advertising campaigns.
