You don’t have to tick every day off, you don’t even have to have a song and dance if that’s not your thing – but something as little as bringing custard creams into the office for everyone on a special day or a mass email thanking your workforce for all their hard work will really make a difference to the people working within your organisation. We all like to know our hard work is appreciated and that we as individuals are valued within our place of work so hopefully this list will make it that little bit easier to motivate your employees and show them that you appreciate them.
