1. What Job Board Sites you advertise on?
Flat Fee Recruiter advertises on a variety of online mediums to ensure maximum coverage, we include the following job boards:
- Total Jobs
- Jobsite
- Monster
- CV-Library
- Reed
- Indeed
- Guardian
- Google Jobs
- ++ many more
We also post to regional and specialist industry job boards. Which ones we choose depends on the type of vacancy you are trying fill so sadly we can’t list them all here. Most vacancies will be published on a total of at least 40 job board sites. If you would like to know all the specific sites your vacancy will be advertised on, then please contact our team who can send you a job-specific distribution list
2. How soon can my vacancy go live?
We work to a 4-hour service level agreement with all our clients; in the majority of cases, we can get your advert on the internet sooner. Friday afternoons are usually our busiest day of the week with new adverts and we are pleased to say that so far we have always fulfilled our clients' requirement. However, if you could let us know by 2 pm on the day you are advertising, this will certainly guarantee your advert goes live that day.
3. How do we get CV’s
All applications come directly from the job boards to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This means that you do not have to have volumes of CV’s pending in your inbox. It allows you & your hiring managers to log in 24/7, review CV’s, shortlist and send bulk emails. We have kept our system as simple as possible & confident that you will find it easy to use. Once your vacancy is live you will receive your log in details and a short systems manual to help if you need it. However, if you ever have any technical problems just give the team a call and we will help you immediately!
4. What information do I need to send you?
We think our copywriting team are amazing! They can create the most attractive, keyword rich and compelling adverts out of nothing. Whatever information you have about the job, company, the person you are looking for, simply send it to us and we will transform it into a work of art for your approval.
