PIXL is uniquely positioned as a large network made up of thousands of schools, colleges and alternative education providers that is rapidly growing. The screening process and interviewing process was designed and agreed using a combination of technical screening questions, manual CV sifting and a 15–20-minute tailored format for live interviewing.

Throughout the entire process, consistent feedback was delivered to us by our Account Manager Paula. The recommendation & grading on the suitability of each candidate allowed us to build a high-quality shortlist, and we were always in complete agreement with Paula on the grading for every candidate.
