These World Cup Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions are supplementary to Flat Fee Recruiter’s standard Terms of Business and apply specifically to participation in this promotion. In the event of any conflict between these promotional terms and Flat Fee Recruiter’s standard Terms of Business, the standard Terms of Business shall prevail in relation to the recruitment services purchased.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Flat Fee Recruiter Limited (“Flat Fee Recruiter” or “FFR”).

2. Eligibility

The promotion is open to UK-based businesses aged 18 years or over.

The promotion is open to both new and existing Flat Fee Recruiter customers, as well as prospective customers purchasing a qualifying recruitment advertising campaign during the promotional period.

3. Promotional period

The promotion opens on 11th June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 19th July 2026.

Only qualifying purchases made during this period will be eligible for entry.

4. How to enter

Businesses that purchase a qualifying recruitment advertising campaign from Flat Fee Recruiter during the promotional period will automatically receive one entry into the World Cup Sweepstakes.

No separate entry form is required.

5. Entry allocation

Each qualifying campaign purchased will receive one entry into the sweepstake.

Customers may purchase multiple campaigns and receive multiple entries.

A maximum of 20 entries may be awarded to any single customer transaction or order.

6. Team allocation

Teams will be allocated at random by Flat Fee Recruiter.

Team allocations are final and cannot be selected, exchanged, transferred, or altered by entrants.

Flat Fee Recruiter reserves the right to substitute or reallocate teams where necessary to ensure the fair operation of the promotion.

7. Payment terms

Only fully paid campaigns qualify for entry into the sweepstake.

Where payment is made by invoice, payment must be received within the agreed payment terms.

Flat Fee Recruiter reserves the right to remove any entry associated with an overdue, unpaid, disputed, refunded, cancelled, or chargeback-related invoice.

8. Match day discount offer

A 20% discount will be available on selected recruitment advertising packages that are purchased on advertised England and Scotland match days.

The discount may be used alongside entry into the World Cup Sweepstakes.

The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotional code, special offer, account credit, goodwill gesture, rebate, negotiated pricing agreement, partner offer, or promotional incentive unless otherwise agreed in writing by Flat Fee Recruiter.

The discount is only valid on the advertised match dates and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

9. Prize

One winner will receive a branded recruitment advertising campaign with a retail value of £550.

The prize:

• Must be redeemed and commenced within three months of the winner being notified.
• Has no cash value.
• Is non-transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged for any alternative Flat Fee Recruiter product or service.
• Cannot be substituted for any other product, service, discount, refund, or account credit.
• Cannot be split across multiple campaigns.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

10. Winner selection

The FIFA World Cup Final is currently scheduled to take place on Sunday 19th July 2026.

Following completion of the tournament, a prize draw will take place within 2 working days of the final.

One winner will be selected from qualifying entries associated with the tournament-winning team.

The draw will be conducted by Flat Fee Recruiter and its decision shall be final.

11. Changes to tournament schedule

Should the date of the FIFA World Cup Final change, the prize draw will take place within two working days of the rescheduled final.

If the FIFA World Cup is cancelled, abandoned, or altered in such a way that no official tournament winner is declared, this promotion shall become null and void and no prize will be awarded.

Flat Fee Recruiter shall not be liable for any loss, disappointment, or expense arising from such cancellation or alteration.

12. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted by telephone and email using the contact details held on their account.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, Flat Fee Recruiter reserves the right to conduct a further draw and select an alternative winner.

13. Publicity

By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their company name may be used by Flat Fee Recruiter for reasonable promotional activity relating to the competition, including website, social media, email marketing, and press communications.

No personal information will be published without consent.

14. Cancellation and refunds

Any qualifying purchase that is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or subject to a payment dispute before the prize draw will become ineligible for entry.

15. Fraud and abuse

Flat Fee Recruiter reserves the right to remove entries, refuse participation, withdraw prizes, or disqualify entrants where it reasonably believes that a participant has attempted to manipulate, abuse, circumvent, or otherwise undermine the fair operation of the promotion.

16. Limitation of liability

Flat Fee Recruiter accepts no responsibility for entries lost due to technical failures, website outages, communication failures, payment processing issues, third-party system failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

17. Data protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Flat Fee Recruiter’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

18. General

Flat Fee Recruiter reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, extend, or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary.

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
