Automated CV screening options are available via the Flat Fee Recruiter Applicant Tracking System (FFATS). Using this method, unsuitable candidates are filtered out as soon as they fail a set of provided ‘killer questions’.
This leaves you with a shortlist of suitable candidates to access quickly.
You can provide your own criteria. Common screening questions include ‘Do you live within a commutable distance of this vacancy?’ or ‘Do you have previous experience in a similar role?’
Screening questions are also useful for confirming candidates have the relevant qualifications or certificates in order to perform the role.
