Privacy Statement and Consent to The Use of Your Personal Data

This Privacy Statement (Statement) applies to this recruitment site operated by Flat Fee Recruiter Ltd (The Data Processor) and maintained by Flat Fee Recruiter. Flat Fee Recruiter Ltd uses secure servers located in the United Kingdom.

Where required for processing your employment application, some of your data such as name, job experience and qualifications, will be shared directly with our clients (Data Controller) as required by the relevant recruitment practice.  We will not disclose your identifiable personal data to any other third party unless approved by you or required by law

Our recruitment site will also collect anonymous technical data based on the cookies enabled on your device. Such data is used solely for the purpose of processing your information and ensuring the correct operation of the recruitment site.

Flat Fee Recruiter will store the personal information that you provide via this recruitment site for as long as is reasonably necessary for the processing of your employment application and for recordkeeping requirements imposed under applicable law.  This will be 3 months unless you have given us explicit consent to hold the data for longer.
