With a lifetime of experience in recruitment, Lis is hands-on and heavily involved in all aspects of how things are run around here. The brains behind the brand, she is dedicated to ensuring that all our customers are looked after and we get lots of new ones too.

Lis takes recruitment very seriously but she is an energetic, hugely positive influence in the office always bringing motivational cheer to the team. Some might also describe her as a bit loud…

Chris plays a vital role in driving success at Flat Fee Recruiter as the Growth Manager, leveraging over 15 years of experience in agency and in-house recruitment, sales, account management, and project management.

As Growth Manager, Chris is dedicated to driving success by identifying strategic opportunities, optimising performance metrics, and fostering impactful collaborations. He’ll innovate, expand your reach, and achieve sustainable growth by implementing data-driven strategies that ensure every initiative propels the business forward.

What a lot of people don’t know: Outside of Flat Fee Recruiter, Chris is a seasoned event lead and DJ with over 20 years in the industry.

Hope after just completing her BSc in Psychology now plays a pivotal role in driving Flat Fee Recruiter’s marketing efforts, blending strategy with creativity to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with both clients and candidates.

In her current role, Hope is responsible for executing targeted marketing strategies, developing engaging content, and leveraging data to optimise performance. Her forward-thinking approach ensures that Flat Fee Recruiter’s brand continues to thrive in a competitive market.

What a lot of people don’t know: Hope has a passion for art, often spending her free time exploring different mediums and techniques to fuel her creativity.

With an illustrious career as Business Manager and Financial Director within the insurance and IT sectors, it’s fair to say that Jayne understands numbers and listens to what they say.

This makes her perfect for looking after money matters at Flat Fee Recruiter!

A very clever lady, Jayne is also great at languages, speaking Spanish, French, German, Latin and more. In fact, she could probably visit any country in the world and have a conversation – which is useful because she loves to talk!

What a lot of people don’t know:  Jayne has been to just about every Leeds United home game since she was 11 years old, and a season ticket holder for 33 years.

Sam joined FFR in April 2024 and brings with her years of experience as a senior recruitment consultant.

Chatty, hilarious and energetic, Sam is a wonderful addition to the team who can’t wait to use her expertise to improve your hiring strategy.

What a lot of people don’t know: Sam’s favourite food is a rare Northern delicacy – frozen mushy peas!

Jade has proven herself invaluable, providing first class admin support across all areas of the business.

Jade is fresh out of university, where she studied Sociology, but as well as knowing a thing or two about human behaviours, she’s also learning a lot about the animal kingdom, because she owns seven dogs!

What a lot of people don’t know: Jade is a trend setter; her distinctive heart tattoo was later spotted on the arm of pop star Dua Lipa!

Florence is Flat Fee Recruiter’s In-House Recruiter. Driving the candidate front Florence screens and interviews candidates to assess if they are suitable.

Florence is always up for a chat about anything and has been a great new addition to the team.

Connor has recently finished school and has come back on board after completing his work experience at FFR!

Connor supports administrative work across the board, communicating with candidates and clients as well as learning about the marketing and operations side of the business.

What a lot of people don’t know: Connor is really interested in music- exploring lots of different genres and styles.

Storm is our resident pooch, who amongst other job duties, is responsible for making sure that each member of the team stays calm, takes a break, and gets a cuddle when they need it.

She is a highly intelligent visla-cocker cross who learns incredibly fast.  She loves playing ball, and always lets us know when it is home time.

What a lot of people don’t know: Storm was named after the X-Men character, but is so aptly named as you have never seen a faster dog.
