My New Venture is a learning platform helping individuals with a new business idea to start, grow and succeed.
What recruitment services did they need?
The team at My New Venture had three roles to fill, and as a newly established business, their potential long-term success was dependent on recruiting these key positions as rapidly as possible.
According to CEO Jovan Maric: “it was crucial to quickly recruit great talent. Investment into the company hadn’t completed at this stage so as well as being time poor, we were also budget poor. We had to get the recruitment of a strong team right first time”
Jovan and the team were also concerned that a lack of experience when it came to screening and interviewing candidates would hinder their ability to secure the best candidates.
