How does it work?
On most UK job boards, candidates will register their details, CV and job preferences. With access to these CV databases, the Flat Fee Recruiter team will proactively search for candidates who live locally and have the specific skills you are looking to hire. Once we have this list, we will then email each candidate information about your vacancy and encourage them to apply.
Not only will this give your campaign more visibility and help you target the right candidates, but we will also feedback on the number of candidates who were available, which will help you understand more about the market you are trying to recruit from.
How much does it cost?
This is a premium feature in our Pro Package, however, in line with our flat-fee pricing structure, you can add this service for just £50 +VAT to a standard package. AND if we have to do it again for you throughout the campaign to target new registered job seekers, then we will do this FOC!
Can I try CV database searching for free?
Because we know how tough it is at the moment and we are doing everything we can to help you, we are providing this service FOC as part of an introductory rate for ALL new customers until the end of September 2021.
