We are really excited to be launching our 2018/19 customer survey results. We ask all our customers to complete our survey or a google review after their advert campaign has finished, and we are blushing about the overwhelming results, for the third year in a row!
Once again, everyone that completed the survey was 100% positive about the experience, the service and their commitment to using us again.
How have we done it? Well, we spent 2018 working really hard to make our service and offering the best that we can possibly deliver. We have grown the team, offer our customers more choice on job board reach for better results and developed additional products like the branded career pages. We have also been listening to our customers and improving our Applicant Tracking System to work faster and easier.
The feedback and google reviews we have consistently received throughout 2018 also backs up our survey results. They tell us that we really stand out on service and effort, have a simple but effective recruitment solution and with no hard sales tactics (we love this)!
Since last year's survey, there is also an increase to 89% in the number of customers who have filled their jobs in 5 weeks or less. This instils additional confidence that we have been doing the right things and our extended job board distribution and our focus on in-house training and development, means our customers really do get the best out of online job board advertising.
