How does it work?
To keep costs low, we have designed a unique solution that gives you full control of searches and downloads, whilst maintaining our outstanding service that you have grown to expect from Flat Fee Recruiter.
There are just 5 simple steps to reach out to a wider candidate base:
- Let us know which job role you want to search CV's for
- We will send you a unique login to access the Reed website
- Once you log in, you will be able to see some saved searches based on your criteria to get you started
- You can edit and filter these searches further and preview the CV's
- You only pay to download the full CV
We can also set up CV alerts for you: If a new job seeker registers their CV (based on the criteria you have set), you will get an email alert which means that you can download their CV and contact them immediately (before anyone else)!
