The Flat Fee Recruiter Service

Flat Fee Recruiter Says
The Flat Fee Recruiter Service

Following on from our previous post about ensuring you are not working with a rogue trader. We thought it would be a really good idea to outline the services that you can expect from Flat Fee Recruiter.  Whether you choose to use ourselves or another reputable flat fee recruitment company, this guide should help you with your purchasing process.

At Flat Fee Recruiter, we are proud to provide exceptional service to all our customers. Combined with our knowledge of recruitment and most roles and industries (we have recruited for thousands of positions over the years), we are straight talking and honest about what our customers can expect from their recruitment campaign.

As one of our customers, you will have a dedicated Account Manager who will oversee all the back office admin and support.  For a simple one-off fee of £249 +VAT, you can be assured that we will do our best to help you find the right applicants to fill your vacancy.

But what exactly does that mean?  How do we do it and what return on your investment can you expect?

The Flat Fee Recruiter Service (As Standard)

1. Professionally Copy Written Advert

Once you have decided on the kind of person you need for your company simply tell us what you want (a job description, scribbled notes or verbally is fine). Our team will then set about creating a professionally written advert specifically for the web.  This will meet legal regulations, it will contain the right keywords so it can be found, it will describe your culture, the vacancy, the type of person you are looking for and encourage people to apply.

2. Quick Service

We have a service commitment of 4 hours for all our customers.  This means that from your initial instruction or brief; we can create an original and expertly written job advert for your approval and in most cases (timings are left for you to decide) it will be live & published on the internet on the very same day!

3. Review Performance of Job Boards

Choosing which job boards to use is one of the most important aspects of our service.  After all, if we don’t take your advert to the right channels, the potential reach of applicants will be affected.

We consistently analyse and review each job board for both the volume and the quality of applicant response.  This means that the job boards we use will change from time to time.  At the time of writing this your vacancy reach can include; Reed, CV-library, TotalJobs, Jobsite, CareerBuilder, The Guardian Jobs, LinkedIn, Adzuna, Indeed, Facebook Jobs.  You also benefit from additional advertising on affiliated sites, specialist & niche sites, aggregators and any other job boards we are trailing at that time. Therefore, you can expect your job advert to be published on approximately 30+ internet job boards.

4. Job Advert Distribution List

As we mentioned above we are consistently reviewing and trailing the job boards we use, so they may change from time to time.  With each recruitment campaign you run, we can provide you with a bespoke job advert distribution list.  This is a concise list of exactly where your advert will be posted.

5. Promoting your Vacancy on Social Media

Using social media to recruit has rapidly become a great way to reach out to passive candidates (these are people who are not actively seeking work).  At Flat Fee Recruiter, we want to ensure that you target as many people as possible for your vacancy, which is why we also post your vacancy on social media channels too.  The main social media channels we use include Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. You can add additional weight to the social element of your campaign by sharing, liking or re-tweeting your vacancy too.

6. Live Links to your Campaign

Engaging and communicating at each stage of your recruitment campaign is all part of the service.  Once your job advert has been published to the job boards, you will receive an email confirming that the advert campaign is live.  We also include the live website links to the job boards so you can view your advert just like an applicant would.

7. Dedicated Account Manager

As we mentioned before, we work with you throughout your entire recruitment campaign.  It is vitally important to ensure you are happy with the candidate flow and response you are receiving from your job advert.  Your dedicated Account Manager will be in touch from the start and be on hand for any queries or advice you may require.

8. Advert Performance Reviews

Your advert will be published on the job board websites for 28 days.  Throughout this time, your Account Manager is proactive and will monitor your campaign closely to ensure it is performing well. If, for whatever reason, the response isn’t as expected our team will work with you and suggest amendments to the advert to ensure that your campaign is a success.  The last thing we want is to arrive on day 28 (once the campaign is finished) and find you have not got any applicants to interview!

9. User Intuitive Online Applicant Tracking Software

To help manage your response, you get 24/7 access to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This is a really easy to use software platform that means the CVs are all stored in one place rather than cluttering up your inbox and getting lost in various spreadsheets.

You and your management team can view the applicants and then easily move them between stages such as ‘Shortlist’, ‘Arrange 1st Interview’ or ‘Unsuccessful’. You can also use our ATS to send emails to applicants to keep them informed of the status of their application. We find that most of our customers pick up the recruitment software platform really quickly, however, full system training can also be provided by our system experts should you need it.  By the way, you can also export, print and download each CV too if it makes it easier.

The vast majority of our customers find that our standard level of service for £269 really fits their needs.  However, there are occasions when you may need some additional help; maybe you are running short of time and need a bit of help screening CV’s or maybe you want to improve your employer brand and direct applicants to a branded careers website?  We can offer a number of solutions to fit your specific requirements and would be really happy to discuss them with you.  After all, your recruitment campaign is unique and it is important that you fill your vacancy as soon as possible.

We hope that this guide helps to highlight what service you should expect from a reputable flat fee recruitment provider.  Please remember that we are totally committed to helping you find the right person for your organisation.  Our business is built on trust, referrals and repeat customers, we are known for our exceptional service and value for money, ensuring you get as much as possible from your investment.  We would love to answer your questions or help you fill your next vacancy, so why not give us a call today 0113 322 7243 or send us an email [email protected]
